WALLACE, ID - Authorities in Northern Idaho are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 32-year-old Great Falls man who hasn't been seen since late July.

The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office says Brian Edwin Shookman has been visiting friends in Kellogg on July 28th. He left a friend's house that afternoon and was expected to be headed to a family gathering at an aunt's house a few miles away at Sunny Slopes near Osburn.

However, relatives said he never showed up and they ended up calling the sheriff's department, although that didn't happen until August 1st.

Shookman is described as 5'7" tall, weighing about 170-pounds with strawberry blond hair and blue eyes.

Investigators are asking anyone with information that could help locate Shookman to contact the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office at (208) 556.1114.
